Such a delicious experience! I've been to SP twice now and both meals I've had were as delicious as you can get. The staff members are so polite and kind, and the place is so cozy and warm. Not to mention their menu is EXTENSIVE. They have so many different coffees, teas, specialty drinks, breakfast dishes, pastries, and so so much more that it was a little overwhelming to choose what I wanted to try. This last visit I ordered the Fried Egg Sandwich (F4) with no cilantro. It was absolutely divine! The bread was fresh and chewy, the mix of tangy and subtly flavored crisp veggies was delicious, and the warm fried egg brought everything together. It was a mild and almost comforting dish but a very filling one nonetheless. My fiancé and I split it and both left feeling very satisfied. We also received an Eggroll side as we ordered the combo. It was so yummy that even my fiancé who typically doesn't like egg rolls really enjoyed it. As the combo only came with one drink we ordered a second one as well, both Iced Matcha Lattes. As a former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista, I was a little bit disappointed by the Matcha Latte purely because of the sweetness level. I'd ordered mine without sweetener and with almond milk while my fiancé's was also unsweetened but with the standard milk option and both were entirely too sweet. It was some of the sweetest matcha I've ever had to the point where it practically drowned out the matcha taste itself, and left a just as sweet aftertaste in my mouth. That being said, it was smooth, creamy, and crafted excellently. On my visit prior I'd ordered one of their boba teas and it was absolutely delicious and I loved every bit of it, so maybe next time I try their Matcha Latte I'll order it with half the sweetener to see if it makes a difference. Even with this less than perfect beverage experience, I still have faith in their drinks as the boba tea was so good. I am very much looking forward to returning and trying more of their menu. From my sandwich alone I can tell that that their other dishes must be just as stellar!

Cool spot! However, it got very busy on a weekend. When I arrived around noon, there were not many people in there, however in the next one hour the venue was bustling with people! We were a party of two and ordered veggie dumplings for an appetizer. My friend got a chicken vermicelli along with an iced matcha latte and I went for vegetable pho paired with a salted caramel latte. I simply loved the food. Clean ingredients and great taste! However, I didn't like my coffee so much. But, I will be back to try more.

This really is my favvv boba spot! The Thai milk tea with 50% sweetness hits every time. It cost us about $12 for 2 bobas which is fairly priced compared to other restaurants. They also have a bunch of sandwhiches, pho, and more! We always grab something to snack on or share here and never spend more than $20 total!

Family owned, I see then every morning getting there all together and running this place from open to close. It's delicious & I've eaten here more than 10 times since it's right around the corner from me. They are fast service & their teas are better quality compared to boba spots nearby & better prices! I can get a fruit tea for $5 & a matcha jelly for $7 & the food is yummy. I've have their tofu spring rolls which are huge. I usually spend $11 for a tea & appetizer

I've been looking all over for a good banh mi, and the grilled pork banh mi (f7), wasn't good, it was GREAT. I can't wait to go back and have another or try something different. If you want banh mi, this is the place to go!

I had a hazelnut latte while working at SP Cafe and enjoyed my time there! It's a pretty nice, relaxed space to hang out or work/study at. The WiFi works quite well - there aren't too many outlets, but enough for the number of people there at the time. I also tried a little of their Vietnamese Banh Mi that my friend was raving about, and it was delightfully good. However, the egg roll took the cake! So delicious, fresh and crispy!

Favorite place in San Antonio. Favorite. I lived near the Vietnamese cultural centre in Washington DC and took great banh mi for granted. Every time I visit San Antonio, I search for it's equal and now I have found it. During my last trip I despaired at finding my beloved. Some how, some where this place came to my attention and I am eternally grateful. The restaurant reminds me of the cafe-style places I ate at in DC. The menu includes sandwiches, bo kho, pho, and bo hue (every other weekend). They sell croissant and pate chaud which I did not try, but I scored a couple of baguette for a later meal. The roast pork spring rolls are just icing on the cake-- 2 delectable treats on a plate with fabulous peanut sauce. The Vietnamese banh mi is so good I came two days in a row to have it. It is so good that my father's wife, after coming the first day, came again the second day because it was so good -- she hates me, so it was def the food that brought her. I am a huge fan and will evermore eat here whenever I am in San Antonio.

First time here and was craving my mother lands food (and also I don't want to cook today). Parking was easy. Service was kind and fast ! Restaurant was clean and I love the ambience. I ordered Beef Pho with Eye Round Steak and Tendon, Sugar Cane Juice, Mango Milk Tea w Boba, and Chicken Vermicelli. The pho was amazing ! The broth was fatty, and rich. The meat was cooked well and flavor was very close to how I would cook it. My boyfriends meal was also really good and fresh, he enjoyed it a lot. The sugar cane made me miss home, it's really close to how it taste like in Vietnam. And the mango milk tea boba was good too. Definitely delicious and would recommend, would go again !! As a vietnamese person who cooks a lot of viet food, I highly recommend this place.

Love this place so much. Best Vietnamese banh mi in town. The service is a bit slow but everyone is super friendly. I held off writing this review bc it was a hit or miss when they were first opening . Now they have it down to a smooth operation. The food is great!
